Free Yoga Discussion

On November 3, at 7:15 PM Yoga on the Beach is offering a free discussion on Becoming Yoga. This one hour talk is open to anyone interested in learning more about Yoga, and/or becoming a Yoga Instructor. Come meet the teacher of Becoming Yoga, Nancy J Curran, M.Ed, and some of her former students. This is your opportunity to ask questions and hear more about what is involved in becoming a yoga instructor, or to be more immersed in the teachings of Yoga. The talk will be held at Shakti Yoga, 1011 Truman Ave, Key West.
