Yoga on the Beach is collaborating with Island Alchemy to offer an inspirational discussion on creating a lifestyle that is not only mindful but springs from the heart. Come join Nancy J Curran on March 26 at 7:00 pm and explore some of the key elements that create a lifestyle that comes from the heart.
