Yoga on the Beach

THANK YOU!

Thank you to all those who made a change to make a difference.  It was noticeable to see less plastic on the deck, fewer cars in the parking lot and lots of smiles.  Less meat consumed, less trees used to clean or absorb, more calories burned rather than oil.

Continue on…Don and I will be biking more often.  For me I found it to be exhilarating, as we listened to the birds and saw so much wildlife we often miss as we drive by.
